Prolonged incarceration of an undertrial, without commencement of trial, militates against the fundamental right guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
The Supreme Court has consistently held that delay in trial/prolonged trial is antithetical to the fundamental right enshrined in Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
It is a well-settled position in law that unilateral appointment of an arbitrator by one of the parties to the dispute is impermissible and invalid being contrary to the scheme of the Act.
Further, the impugned order dated 01.01.2021 passed on the Show Cause Notice does not give any reasons for cancellation.

Questions
Does it cover commercial and arbitration matters?
Yes, including O.M.P. (COMM) and FAO (COMM) matters, where the dataset has them.
Does it cover Delhi's trial courts?
No. Only the High Court.
Can it check a DLT citation?
No. DLT is a private reporter, so the check marks it as one it can't verify, and matches the case name where it can.
