It is settled principle of law that the object of bail is to secure the attendance of the accused at the trial.
It is also an established principle of law that while considering the question of grant of bail the court should avoid consideration of details of the evidence as it is not a relevant consideration.
In the present matter, applicant was granted anticipatory bail during investigation and he did not misuse the said liberty.
Admittedly, the order of cancellation has been passed without assigning any reason and revocation application has also been rejected without assigning any cogent reason and thereafter appeal has also been dismissed by the impugned order.
